In the universal view, globalisation is
this context in which the AOS must today
offer its fraternal support to all seafarers
and their families, whatever their culture,
civilisation or religion and provide the
tens of thousand Catholics of nearly all
countries in the world, with the specific
pastoral ministry which they have a right
to.
